500 Rose Petal - Turquoise

I bought these petals for my flower girls. In the picture, they look more of a teal color which would have matched my color scheme perfectly; unfortunately, these petals are more of a bright baby blue in color. I will still might use them because the 20% restocking fee isn't worth the return (shipping cost more than the item itself). Just wanted to provide further info on the color in case anyone else mistakes these petal for teal. I have yet to open the bag, so I cannot comment on fabric/material. However, it does not look like there are 500 petals in the bag. I also ordered a bag of 500 ivory petals and it is a bigger bag. Not sure if there is a difference in quantity in either bag.
