These were purchased for a June party. I must be honest and say I did not open them before the event. The color was vibrant, however the fushai fans were mostly broken. The orange ones were fine. After the event I wrote and explained. I was asked to send pictures which I did. I expected a partial refund or at least an apology. I got neither. My event was not totally ruined because of this but I would have liked better service. Next time I will open immediately. You live and learn!!
