Answer: Changed your mind about an size/color/item? Welcome to return it back to us for an exchange for another size/color/item if still in original/sealed condition.

1.) Place a NEW order for any NEW items that you would like to order (please order it directly on our website and complete payment)

2.) Return the RECEIVED order/item(s) within 30 days of delivery, and include the order# of the NEW order you placed.

3.) Return will be processed as a refund minus actual shipping of original/old order, no more than 10% value of the returned merchandise (whichever is less). Please do include both the order # of the original & new order number in documentation along with your return. Shipping costs both ways are not refundable.

4.) That's it! Most returns are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: PERSONALIZED ITEMS, INCLUDING CUSTOMIZED PEW BOWS, AND ANY FOOD ITEMS. Shipping costs are not refundable.  All merchandise returned that is opened or not in original packaging will be discarded.  No refunds or exchanges will be issued for such merchandise.

Question: What is your return policy - For Refunds? -back to top

Answer: All returns for refunds will be required a 20% restocking fee of merchandise costs. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: PERSONALIZED ITEMS, INCLUDING CUSTOMIZED PEW BOWS, AND ANY FOOD ITEMS. Returnable items must be received by us within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. This means if merchandise was originally in seal packaging, it's expected to be returned in the same way. Unsealed/used items are not resellable, and therefore, not accepted for refunds if returned. No refunds will be offered for orders past 30 days, unfortunately. Buyers will be responsible for shipping back to us for refunds. Shipping costs are not refundable.  Most returns are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving.  All merchandise returned that is opened or not in original packaging will be discarded.  No refunds or exchanges will be issued for such merchandise.  Closeout/discontinued items are not accepted for returns.

            Question: Do you offer return labels? -back to top      

Answer: If you intend to return something back to us for either a refund or exchange, you are welcome to request a return label to do so. Although return labels are not free, ordering return label(s) from us will be significantly cheaper than what you will be paying if you take the package(s) yourself to UPS. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the value amount that we'll refund once your return is received, and processed. To receive the quote, send an email with 1). Order# 2). Items 3). Quantities, that you intend on returning, to labels@yayacreations.com. Typical requests are replied within 1-2 business days.
