Royal Blue flocking table runner - color runs

The table runner is beautiful but when I used it, the blue color ran on to the white part of the runner. The only thing spilled on the runner was water and the blue color ran instantly. I sent the runner to the cleaners, but not sure if they will be able to take it out.
