Lilies are squeezed in a small box, flower's shape are not like the one in picture. After contact customer service, I have been provided a video link to instruct how to reshape the lilies. Take me 15min to "iron" with my hair iron, finally it looks like the one in photo. 1 start, but the video is helpful.
