For order status questions:
For order(s) already placed, simply log into your user account if you've created one, using the "account login" link on top of all pages, or write us at orderstatus@efavormart.com, Please remember to include your order# on all correspondence.
For general inquiries:
Shipping costs, return policy, etc. you can review details on our FAQ page. Product specific questions, you can review item details including measurements, quantities, etc. on each item page respectively under product description. If you can't find the answer you are looking for, you are welcome to write us at sales@efavormart.com, we'll be more than happy to help.
For order changes:
If it's only been a few hours since order was placed, and you've realized you've made an error in your order, there's a good chance that we can still make that change for you. We do pride ourselves on quick processing and shipping. If it's been more than a few hours since order was placed, very good chance that it has already been processed or shipped. Then unfortunately no changes will be able to be made, for order change requests, please write us at orderchanges@efavormart.com, we'll do our very best to make that change for you if possible.
