For order(s) already placed, simply log into your user account if you've created one, using the "account login" link on top of all pages, or write us at sales@efavormart.com, Please remember to include your order# on all correspondence.

Shipping costs, return policy, etc. you can review details on our FAQ page. Product specific questions, you can review item details including measurements, quantities, etc. on each item page respectively under product description. If you can't find the answer you are looking for, you are welcome to write us at sales@efavormart.com, we'll be more than happy to help.


For order changes:

If it's only been a few hours since order was placed, please use LIVE CHAT to attempt to change the order. Do not email, as emails will be too late. We do pride ourselves on quick processing and shipping, so we cannot promise the order can still be changed even if you contact us immediately. If it's been more than a few hours since order was placed, very good chance that it has already been processed or shipped. Then unfortunately no changes will be able to be made. We'll do our very best to make that change for you if possible. Please remember to include your order# on all correspondence.
