This product looks as though the ribbon is already attached, and it is not. When you put the box together, it does not stand up straight. It appeared as though the ribbon would already be tied and the box would be closed. I attempted to put them together and they do not stand up straight. Katie: I dont see where it says when they are assembled they do not stand up straight... nor do I see that the ribbon is not attached? Sabrina: Boxes are shipped flat for easy assembly Sabrina: it says on the item page Sabrina: you need to assemble it Katie: ok however the picture looks as though the ribbon is attached Sabrina: you can exchange it with some other boxes. Sabrina: yes the photo is a complete box, after you assemble it this is how it will look Katie: i see how it says "all merchandise returned that is opened or not in original packaging will be discarded"... well it is till in the original and nothing is missing. THe packaging is not ripped open or anything, and you all could re-sell it. If I send it back, which is what I want to do, and you all discard it and not send me my money,..
