$1,000 Gift Card Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to those who download the efavormart mobile shopping app, create an account, and turn on push notifications. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Eligibility Period: All participants that follow complete the steps above, until November 16, 2023, 11:59PM PST. The winner will be announced via push notification on app on November 17, 2023.

3. Prize: The Winner(s) of the Giveaway will receive a $1000 gift card to be used at efavormart.com The prize is promotional, nontransferable, and holds no cash value. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.

4. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected randomly then notified by on November 17, 2023. efavormart shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to any reason that’s out of our control. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim/use the prize within 60 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
