Participation in the gift card drawing is open to legal residents of the US, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, or agents of Ya Ya Creations and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or anyone living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win the prize. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning.

The entry period for the gift card drawing will begin at 1/1/2025 12:00 AM and will end at 1/31/2025 at 11:59 PM (the “Entry Period”).

Sign-ups to our SMS and/or Email lists must be received during the Entry Period to qualify for the drawing.

To participate, eligible individuals must complete the opt-in to our SMS and/or Email list during the Entry Period and provide the necessary contact information (e.g., phone number, email address).

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple submissions from the same individual will be disqualified.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a $500 gift card (the “Prize”) to be used at efavormart.com

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives unless the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, offers a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about 2/7/2025.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided during the survey submission process within 10 days of the drawing.

If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize within 30 days from the date the notification email is sent, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

By participating in this gift card drawing, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the drawing in the event of any technical failure or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control.

By participating, entrants agree that Ya Ya Creations, Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the survey or from the acceptance or use of the Prize.
