• Qualifying dollars are the actual amount spent on a regular order after discounts and excluding taxes, as long as the order is not returned or refunded.
• Member rewards that may earn Party Points include the Welcome Gift, Birthday Gift, and Member Anniversary.

Your Party Points are based on your Member Tier at the time of purchase:

• Party Person: Earn 2 Party Points per $1 spent
  Spend $50 → Earn 100 Points
• Party Planner: Earn 4 Party Points per $1 spent
  Spend $50 → Earn 200 Points
• Party Pro: Earn 6 Party Points per $1 spent
  Spend $50 → Earn 300 Points

Points are calculated from your qualifying spend after discounts and before taxes or refunds.

Party Points appear as "Pending" right after your order is fulfilled. This waiting period helps ensure your order is complete and not returned.

After 15 days, your Pending Points automatically update to "Issued", making them eligible for redemption. Once you reach 500 Party Points, they convert into Party Cash and are added to your Rewards balance.

If you return items while your Party Points are still "Pending," the corresponding points will be adjusted before they are issued.

If the return occurs after your Party Points have already been "Issued," the system will automatically deduct the applicable points from your Party Points balance.

Yes. Party Points expire one year after they are issued.

When your issued Points reach 500, they automatically convert into $5 Party Cash before they expire.

If no purchases are made on your account for three years, your Party Points balance will reset to zero.

Party Points may be deducted from your balance under the following conditions:

• Automatic Redemption: Once you reach 500 Party Points, they are automatically redeemed for Party Cash and deducted from your Party Points balance.
• Expiration: Party Points that reach their expiration date are removed from your balance.
• Order Returns: If an order is returned after the associated Party Points have been issued, those points will be deducted from your balance.

Each $1 of Party Cash equals $1 USD at checkout.

You earn Party Cash automatically as you reach reward milestones.

When your issued Party Points reach 500, they convert into $5 Party Cash and appear in your Party Wallet.

You can view your available Party Cash and its activity anytime in your Party Wallet.

If your Party Cash isn't appearing during checkout, it's typically due to one of the following:

• Your Party Wallet balance is zero. You currently do not have any Party Cash available to apply.
• Your selected payment method is not eligible. Party Cash cannot be used when checking out with PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

To use Party Cash, proceed with a standard checkout flow and ensure your Party Wallet has an available balance.

Party Cash is valid for one year from the date it is issued. Be sure to use your rewards before they expire so you can enjoy savings on your next purchase.

No. Party Cash does not have a refund mechanism. If you used Party Cash on an order, it will not be returned to your balance if the order is refunded or returned.

• Using Party Cash on Orders: When you apply Party Cash at checkout, the discount is applied immediately. After the order is placed, the system deducts the corresponding amount from your Party Cash balance.
• Expiration: Party Cash expires one year after it is issued and will be removed from your balance once expired.

Membership upgrades are based on your qualifying spending within the current calendar year. Once you meet the required threshold, your tier will be automatically updated.

• Party Person: Simply register as an eFavormart member to join the Rewards Program for free.
• Party Planner: Spend $2,000 in qualifying purchases to be upgraded to Party Planner.
• Party Pro: Spend $5,000 in qualifying purchases to be upgraded to Party Pro.

Your qualifying spending resets every year on December 31. Beginning January 1, your membership tier is reassessed based on your spending from the previous calendar year.

If your qualifying purchases do not meet the required threshold for your current tier, your membership level will be adjusted accordingly.

Membership upgrades are based on your qualifying spending. Since Party Points remain in a "Pending" status for the first 15 days after your order is fulfilled, any tier change associated with that order will only take effect once those Points become Issued.

After your tier is updated, you can begin enjoying the benefits of your new membership level.

The Points multiplier for your upgraded tier will apply to your next eligible order.

If an order is returned, the refunded amount no longer qualifies as spending under the Rewards Program. Since qualifying dollars exclude any order that has been returned or refunded, the amount from that order will be removed from your annual spending total for tier evaluation.
