Spandex Folding Chiar Cover
I thought this cover would fit the largest Arch, that was sold in the Set of 4. The covers for the Arches are sold in a Set of 3. I was a little confused, so I ordered this one. It's large, but I was able to make it work, using some binder clips to pull it tight. Love the fabric, love the look!

What can I use to remove wrinkles from this? Also will command strips stick a wooden sign on this?

Our items are ready to use out of packaging. However, if there are any wrinkles, heating this spandex cover in a Dryer then immediately stretching it works best. Sorry, command strips may not provide a secure or long-lasting attachment when used in this spandex cover. It's possible that the adhesion could fail over time, especially if the wood sign has some weight to it. You may use other methods, such as zip ties, Velcro straps, or clips that can securely wrap around both the wooden sign and the arch. This will provide a more stable and durable attachment.
