How to Install the Balloon Arch Kit
1. Fill up both balloon arch bases with water.
2. Stick the PVC tubes to the large bases
3. Put 10 poles altogether
4. Put about 35 balloon ring clips through the poles (Not Included)
5. Connect the 10 poles with PVC poles sticked on the large water fillable base to form a balloon arch frame.

How do I get the arch to stand up. I have to lean it agaisnt a wall for support. It wont stand on its own

How do I assemble the arch ? It seems as if it is missing a piece

You should have two stands to fill with water or rice plus two caps to close them. Then you need to put the two arch holders inside the stands, the fit easily. Then put the adjustable white archway (the thing you put the balloons around) in each of the arch holders. If you bought the clips to hold the balloons than you can only put one side in until all the balloons are on the archway before inserting the second archway into the arch holder
