Ordered this two weeks ago for our family Xmas dinner. Received the tracking number, two weeks later it still hasn’t trackable. Reached out to customer service and was told that UPS never picked up the package! Like what a macaroni, carrier picks up what is being handed to them. don’t blame the carrier for your mistake, it’s called accountability!
