    The dusty blue crinkle taffeta overlays were perfect for my annual Snow Ball New Year's Eve event. Since the venue provides white base linens and I am on a budget, I appreciate the awesome look for a reasonable price. The color gives off such a great cold feel, and the taffeta also gives the appearance of ice. Even better, the fabric meant that I did not have to iron out any wrinkles, which is wonderful when you have almost 40 tables!
